No web subscription found
We don't have a subscription on file for this email. Two common reasons:
- You subscribed inside the app. Apple or Google bills those, so cancel in your App Store or Google Play account.
- You used a different email at checkout. .

What happens when I cancel?
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for (or until your trial ends). After that the app returns to the Free tier. Nothing is deleted: your files were always on your device, never on our servers. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.
I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play
Apple or Google bills in-app subscriptions, and only they can cancel them. We never see your email for those, so this page can't find them. Go to App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
I didn't receive a code
Codes usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam and promotions folders. We only send a code to an address that has a web subscription with us, so if you used a different email at checkout, try that one. Still nothing? Email support@decluttrai.com and we'll cancel for you within one business day.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged in error, write to support@decluttrai.com and we'll take a look. See the refund section of our Subscription Policy.
